The Baia has a total of 220 enchanting and peacefully furnished rooms, this includes 8 suites, 2 specially designed rooms for disabled guests and a presidential suite. All rooms have sea views from a balcony or terrace, air conditioning, safety deposit box, mini bar, satellite television, telephone and their own fully equipped bathroom with a shower. The presidential suite has panoramic views of the beautiful turquoise Aegean sea and a spacious living area.

All main meals are served in buffet style in the main restaurant, the cuisine ranges from traditional Turkish to international. The Baia also has 3 a la carte restaurants serving Italian, Turkish or seafood cuisine in the evening. There is also a snack bar on site for light meals during the day. The hotel also offers a vitamin bar, a pool bar, a beach bar and a lobby bar, all of which are open at varying times throughout the day to serve guests with a range of beverages to suit every taste!
