If you are a meat-eater, coming to this province and not eating Alberta beef is like going to France and not drinking wine; you could but why would you bother? Alberta beef is justly famous and the menus of many restaurants feature it.

But it is worth going to dinner at a steakhouse because it’s something Albertans do so well. Steakhouses, roast and grill restaurants range from trendy to traditional or cowboy casual.
