The Quinta do Lago Country Club is situated in one of the Algarve's most chic resorts - Quinta do Lago . Overlooking the lake and next to the Ria Formosa natural park and the Atlantic Ocean this unique estate is surrounded by famous golf courses.
Just 20 minutes drive from Faro International Airport, the Quinta do Lago Country Club, nestling among stands of umbrella pine trees, is close to a several spendid restaurants, including Casa Velha - the original Quinta do Lago dwelling from which the resort grew, Quinta shopping centre, Vale do Lobo and the town of Almancil.
The Club is designed so that all apartments have amazing views across the Ria Formosa and the ocean, to the south and west, as well as over the Club's gardens. The mature gardens are a haven of tranquility, with paths for strolling along and several great viewing points. The large, circular, outdoor pool , with a snack bar and restaurant to the side, is the focal point of the club during the summer months. There is also an indoor pool, an exercise room and sauna, as well as a snooker room and communal sitting room.
The lakeside water sports centre, located next to the Quinta do Lago Country Club, has sailing boats, windsurf boards and pedaloes for hire, with further water-sporting activities available on the beach . And aisde from the golf courses, there is also an excellent Tennis Centre and a riding school.
