The 15th edition of Medieval Days will take place in Castro Marim from August 23rd to Aug 26th.

During the festivities, typical scences from days gone by are recreated inside the walls of Castro Marim Castle. Skilled craftsmen will be at work demonstrating the professions of the locals from the middle ages. There will be goldsmiths, carpenters, shoemakers, blaksmiths, potters, barbers, coppersmiths, candle-makers and salt-sellers all showing off their talents.

There will be traders within the city walls and on the streets, you can really get into the mood of the time by dressing up and trading your euros for the currency of the time and enjoy a step back in time.

Everything will be on sale from local produce, handicrafts, salt, exotic spices, bread, dried fruits, food and drink, a real 13th / 14th century market.

An amazing event full of history, fun and entertainment and one not to be missed!!
