Jardim do Vale is a reference in the Golden Triangle area for fine French cuisine. Wonderful food, a beautiful garden terrace and an elegantly modern dining room are it's ingredients for success.

Jardim do Vale is set in ample grounds a short distance from Vale do Lobo and Quinta do lago. The cuisine is international with a strong French influence. Chef Cedric Blanc brings a great deal of perfectionism and traditional French cuisine touches to the menu, complementing these with his own creative signature, evident in many of the dishes . Among the favorites on the menu are the Rack of Lamb with herb crust, the wonderful Cream of Lobster and the divine Chocolate Symphony.

Cedric and his associate Humberto (late of Oceanos Restaurant, near Vale do Lobo), along with the rest of the team assure excellent service, warm hospitality and attention to detail.

The dinner menu varies according to the seasons to make best use of local fresh produce and the lunch menu varies each week, guaranteeing a great variety of wonderful creations. The wine list is interesting, featuring not only Portuguese wines, but several international wines too.

Jardim do Vale (open for both lunch and dinner) is set in ample grounds, surrounded by a wonderful confusion of flowers, plants and trees. During the summer months the garden terrace is the ideal place for a fantastic meal. With the bougainvillea in bloom, and the sound of birdsong in the background, the stage is set for a very enjoyable experience. The interior of the restaurant is decorated with works by local artist Aderita.
