Talking about this area one tends to think about the fabulous selection of beach reataurants serving amazing fish dishes cooked in an incredible variety of ways, but the restaurants found in the mountains of Monchique serve some of the tastiest food and drink by far. The traditional dish of cabbage and chickpeas followed by the Bolo de Mel yummmm!
