What to do here
Going to Koan Float, you have several options in front of you, the most popular being the floatation and one of the many forms of massage therapy. Let's talk a bit about the floating first. Using a cushion of silken saline water, the temperature is kept at a snug 35.5 degrees Celsius. The floating provides an amazing feeling of weightlessness that gives your body and muscles a chance to escape the constant force of gravity and relax with slower breathing and a lower heart rate.
Coming to the massages, Koan Float has a plethora of massages for you to choose from. Massage sessions typically last for 45 minutes or an hour, although you can request for longer durations if you haven't had enough. Some of the massages on offer include exotic names like the Shiatsu Massage, Cranio Sacral Balancing, Boja Massage, Esalen Massage or the Aqama Massage.
Open every day from 9.30am to 11.00pm Koan float offers a number of other relaxation services such as massages, shiatsu, reflexology and rebalancing. For massages, it's best to make a reservation in advance. However, for any reservation you are very welcome to contact them or just drop into the centre at any time
