bad bad service

don't expect a 5* hotel , it's about 3 or 4 !! because : 1 the receptionists didn't understand a word in English , only Turkish and Russian ! and did not want to help and even rudely ignored us! the lobby was so small . they had only ONE bell boy for about 450 rooms , i waited 45 minutes , called 3 times and finally asked the manager to call him !! 2 room service was awful , she never put soap , shampoo, paper ... only made bed and changed towels! rooms average, tv 15 years old 3 the staff weren't friendly at all 4 pooor entertainment , very poor 5 foods bored us , never got new .. repeat and repeat .. the restaurant was very hot . they turned off the air conditioner about 30-60 min to the end time , so u couldn't stand it -- the only positive point was the swimming pool and the beach , only the beautiful nature around ..
