The refurbished Strofi restaurant ,is a place with long history.Strofi is hosted in a wonderful mid-war house and is located amidst stunning scenery under the sacred rock of the Acropolis, just a few steps away from the Odeon of Herodes Atticus.

Named after its corner venue in one of central Athens' nicest residential areas, Strofi's strong point is its superb view of the Acropolis from the rooftop terrace. It's a summer night's dream-close to the center, with decent traditional food at a reasonable price. Strofi serves the standard array of taverna classics: grilled eggplant salad, tzatziki, crisp fried vegetables, boiled greens, Greek salad, spicy cheese spread, legume stews and grilled meat and fish. A stroll through the pedestrian roads around the Acropolis to Strofi is a sure way to make the most of a summer night out.
