Maquinofobia pianolera – Carles Santos & CaboSanRo Overview
This bizarre union results in an original and surprising musical piece. This is a composition created to be interpreted by a piano and an orchestra...a mechanical orchestra. So, the piece “Maquinofobia pianolera” counters the sound of the old grand piano, interpreted by Carles Santos, with the mechanical sound of a mechanical multi-instrument built by the luthiers CaboSanRoque using disused mechanical material from a production line in a biscuit factory which was dismantled in 2009.
