The daily delivery of exquisite seafood straight from Galicia was delighted by everyone. Today extraordinary seafood still comes from Galicia, and with nowadays technology and the transport speed it allows us to get fresh fish products. As the fish and seafood are the house specialty, we must also bring out the Galician beef steaks, the soggy rice (special risotto) and paella as well as its wines list from various Spanish regions, enhancing most particularly the white wines, and among these, a large selection of white wines, from Galicia. The Carballeira´s customers are very diverse but are especially standing out the people of Barcelona who maintained a taste for the pleasure and quality products. Recently, the restaurant in Barcelona Carballeira has been restored, maintaining its entire style and updating completely its opened kitchen fully visible by the guest, as it has always been.

I never thought I could enjoy so much eating sea food. Excellent food, superb service and fantastic location close to the sea front. After the meal and a bottle of delicious white wine, we went for a stroll to take
some fresh air. Great discovery!
