this place rocks......this was my first trip to Lebanon and I stayed at the Phoenician......fully cosmopolitan hotel. location is excellent and the service is some of the best ive seen. All sorts of guests from Arabs and Europeans etc so was pretty interesting. Its a bit pricey but its worth it...
