
	Le Sushi Bar Overview Since its inception in 1998 in the infamous Monot strip, Le Sushi Bar has been the pioneer of Japanese seafood in Lebanon. It represents an upscale restaurant catering to the needs of Seafood lovers who appreciate a Japanese gastronomy in a Zen style Japanese ambiance. Le Sushi Bar has created original and unique sushi dishes such as the 'naked', 'crazy', 'Marinated Salmon', 'On Ice' and many more. Furthermore, Le Sushi Bar has been designed and furnished very elegantly, with the main area being a bar like large area surrounding the arena where the Japanese chefs cook in front of your eyes. Surrounding this are lounges and tables for more private settings. The menu of Le Sushi bar is one of the largest in Lebanon with over 120 dishes and specialties on offer, including special sashimi, salads, noodles, cooked dishes from the kitchen, tempura, set menu's of sushi / sashimi, rice, ura maki, crispy ura maki, hoso maki, nigiri-sushi, futo maki, gunkan maki, club maki and so on. good quality

tried this place out recently with my better half. found the quality the food actually quite good, fresh and tasty. I agree with Tony about next to the bar but also a nice place for couples to sit is on the left as soon as you enter, next to the wine and drinks cellar.
