I’m a travel writer that has spent the past year exploring Catalonia and the surrounding areas, looking at history, culture and the political unrest that exists between Catalan’s and the rest of Spain.

After completing my geography degree I decided to travel to Spain and spend a year as an English teacher at a primary and secondary school. Whilst in Spain I filled my spare time with travelling around the Catalonia region and writing down my findings into a travel journal. From the chaos of Barcelona, to the serenity of the Pyrenees, the calmness of the Costa Brava, and tranquillity of the coast, Catalonia has a lot to offer in terms of its perfect setting and fascinating traditions.
