Comic Festival - Bulles en Hauts de Garonne Overview
A Comic Festival with exhibitions, meetings and debates, and multimedia animations. More than 50 authors with a diversity of backgrounds are attending and will discuss and demonstrate technology and drawing and will participate in competitions. Comics represented will range from the most popular to underground from USA, Spain, Germany, Belgium and Italy.
