Claude Darroze

With many repeat customers to his credit, Claude Darroze, a member of an illustrious wine and culinary Bordeaux family, has also developed a small 15 room hotel for the restaurant. Not far from Bordeaux, it's easy to plan a weekend or overnight feast of Southwest and Gascony gastronomy and wine. Looking out to the classical French and beautiful shading Plane trees, spend a leisurely afternoon or evening on the terrace enjoying the subtle flavours from one of several menus created by this well known chef.
