Bristol has a thriving and rapidly expanding Gay scene, the highlight of which is Bristol Pride. Once a year Bristol Pride stages a parade and an eclectic mix of events, to celebrate the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community.

In the city you will find a variety of gay bars and clubs, many of which hold regular theme nights. For a great night out head for either Frogmore Street, just off Park Street or, the Old Market area. In both of these areas you will find a choice of great lively venues to try.
