Tucked away in a small street in Clifton, the Lido restaurant is ideal for a light lunch or a more substantial dinner. Choose from a menu featuring French, Moroccan and Spanish dishes and more. Enjoy the view over the fabulous, outdoor Lido pool while you relax and enjoy your meal. Many of the ingredients are sourced locally and the dishes are prepared under the guidance of head chef Freddy Bird, who has worked at London's Moro restaurant.
The menu changes daily and a set menu is available at lunchtime and between 6pm and 7pm. Set menu prices are around £12 for one course, £16 for two courses and £20 for 3 courses. Examples of dishes that have appeared on the menu are:
Starters - Serrano Ham with Marinated Artichokes or Gazpacho.
Mains- Wood Roasted Pork Belly with Wrinkled Potatoes and Salsa Mojo or Scallops with Verdina Beans.
Desserts - Chocolate and Stout Ice Cream or Coconut and Lime Sorbet.
For those looking for a morning coffee or afternoon tea break, a variety of freshly baked cakes and pastries are available in the cafe during the day.
