Guests can shop at the Waterfront Centre Mall, which is located below the hotel. The hotel has a signature restaurant with a West Coast menu, and can host meetings and social events. The Vista Suite has a living room, a dining area with seating for four people, a wet bar, and a private terrace. The bedroom has a king-sized bed. The Garden Suite is available with one or two bedrooms, and has a living area with a sofa bed, a pantry and dining area, and a private terrace. The Royal Suite hosted Queen Elizabeth II in 2002. It has a large living room and an eight-person dining table. The main bedroom overlooks Stanley Park and the harbor; its bathroom has a jetted soaker tub. The second bedroom has another king-sized bed. The Fairmont Gold rooms include access to a private lounge with a private concierge, and an executive boardroom. It serves a free continental breakfast and evening hors d’oeuvres. Rollaway beds and cribs are available for some room types. Microwaves and small fridges can be provided upon request. Rooms designed to be accessible to guests with physical disabilities are available. The Fairmont Waterfront Restaurants & Bars: Herons Restaurant features a seasonal menu of regional favorites. The herbs used in the dishes come from the hotel’s terrace garden. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as Sunday brunch.
