The Fairmont Waterfront Rooms:

All of the rooms have flat screen cable televisions with in-room movies, and high-speed internet access. The private bathrooms have hair dryers and bathrobes. There are irons and ironing boards, and in-room safes. Guests can make their own morning coffee or tea, and there are stocked mini-bars. The beds have pillow-top mattresses. There are recycling boxes in the rooms. The Fairmont Rooms have a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed, or two double beds. They have a lounge chair and a desk or small dining table, and views of the city. The Portside Deluxe Rooms overlook the port, and have a king-sized bed or two double beds. The Waterfront Deluxe Rooms overlook the water, and have a king-sized bed, a queen bed, or two double beds. The larger Signature Rooms have 180-degree views of the harbour, with windows on two walls. The Executive Suites have a bedroom with a king-sized bed and a separate living room with a sofa bed. They have an upgraded refreshment centre and business amenities. The One Bedroom Suites combine a guest room with a parlor with a Murphy bed. The guest room has a full bath, while the parlor connects to a bathroom with a shower. The Vista Suite has a living room, a dining area with seating for four people, a wet bar, and a private terrace. The bedroom has a king-sized bed. The Garden Suite is available with one or two bedrooms, and has a living area with a sofa bed, a pantry and dining area, and a private terrace. The Royal Suite hosted Queen Elizabeth II in 2002. It has a large living room and an eight-person dining table. The main bedroom overlooks Stanley Park and the harbor; its bathroom has a jetted soaker tub. The second bedroom has another king-sized bed. The Fairmont Gold rooms include access to a private lounge with a private concierge, and an executive boardroom. It serves a free continental breakfast and evening hors d’oeuvres. Rollaway beds and cribs are available for some room types. Microwaves and small fridges can be provided upon request. Rooms designed to be accessible to guests with physical disabilities are available.

Herons Restaurant features a seasonal menu of regional favorites. The herbs used in the dishes come from the hotel’s terrace garden. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as Sunday brunch. The elegant, modern dining room has floor-to-ceiling windows. Herons Lounge has a bar with an extensive cocktail menu. The hotel has 24-hour room service.
