The hotel offers 414 air-conditioned guest rooms described as Delta Rooms, Premium Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, and Signature Club Rooms. The décor is traditional, with rich red accents. The newly renovated Delta rooms are available with a king-sized bed, a queen bed, or two double beds. The Premier Rooms are on higher floors, with views of the mountains. The Deluxe Rooms have clear views of the Fraser River, and have all of the same amenities as the Premier rooms. They also include a turndown service, and a late checkout time. In March 2010, the hotel will start to offer Signature Club Rooms, with upgraded amenities and access to the Signature Club Lounge, which will offer guests a complimentary breakfast and evening snacks and an honor bar. Children aged 17 and under can stay for free in a room with a parent or guardian.
