The hotel has 320 air-conditioned guest rooms and suites. The décor is based on the Georgian architecture of the hotel, and features soft pastels or richer colors. There is a special Club d’Elegance floor designed for business travelers. The rooms are furnished at Superior and Executive levels, and have views of the garden or the swimming pool. The Superior Rooms have a king-sized bed or two twin beds, a desk and a lounge chair. All of the rooms have satellite televisions, mini-bars, direct dial telephones, and room safes. The Executive Rooms have the same furnishings as the superior rooms, but also have small wrought-iron balconies. There are also Poolside Pavilion Rooms, which are individual cabanas located in the pool gardens; they have the same accommodation features as the superior rooms. Guests can also choose between Executive Suites and the Corner Suite. Guests can choose from a wide variety of dining options. The Café Jardin restaurant serves food and drink 24 hours a day, including breakfast starting at 4:30 a.m. The Marquis Lounge serves tea, coffee, and pastries in an English setting, with marble floors and curved wood chairs. The Silk Road restaurant serves Indian and Chinese delicacies, including tandoori, in a red and ivory dining room with Asian accents. L’Italiano Restaurant has, of course, an Italian lunch and dinner menu. La Veranda is an outdoor restaurant that serves dinner only, from May to October. The menu includes local items and a wide variety of international options. Another summer option is Petit, which serves Lebanese dinners near the pool. For evening entertainment, the Abou Auof Café provides live entertainment (including an Oriental band, a belly dancer, and a DJ) accompanied by Egyptian and Lebanese menus.
