Fresnaye House brings you luxury accommodation with sweeping views over Sea Point and Lions Head. Well situated and close to the attractions of the V & A Waterfront and the lovely beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. The Sea Point beachfront is an eight minute walk away, and including easy access to the Sea Point pools, shops, banks and restaurants.

These spacious penthouse apartments are each elegantly decorated and comprises off a fully modern equipped kitchen, very large open plan dining room and lounge, two double bedrooms - both en-suite and a separate guest toilet. For those hot summer days there is a pool area available to all residents as well as a club house sauna and gymnasium. If you are looking for spaciousness and elegance look no further.

Facilities include DSTV, DVD & CD player in addition to the rich and stylish views over Sea Point at night from the spacious lounge and balcony. Secure parking is available inside the building and are manned 24 hours a day.
