This seven Bedroom house is situated in the beautiful Camps Bay with amazing mountain and sea views. First Crescent is close to all amenities on Camps Bay beachfront with Shops and Restaurants. It is a family size house with all the extra’s and accessories you would expect in your own house. The house is secure with alarm & armed response, a double garage with remote access and direct access to property via garage.

First Crescent Accommodation:

First Crescent can sleep 14 guests in 7 bedrooms with 2 en-suite. Full equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle & toaster. Washing machine, dish washer and tumble dryer makes it all easier to enjoy your holiday. Housekeeping is available 3 times per week (summer) and 2 times per week (winter) with an additional daily rate upon request.

Open plan lounge and dining area with glass doors opening onto outside entertainment area with pool, Weber BBQ, sun lounges, tables and chairs. The dining room can seat 10 people. Lounge has got TV & Satellite with DVD player.
