Fijnbosch Cabins and Retreat Overview

Fijnbosch cabins and Retreat is situated on a private Fynbos Eco-Reserve in the Winelands of the Stellenbosch area. The luxury sustainable cabins are designed with minimal impact on the environment by the introduction of solar heating, using sustainable building materials, gas and water saving devices. The reserve is gradually introducing a worm farm and offers employment to the local community with their initiative of designing unusual garden features made from recycled materials.

The retreat boasts a dam with a meditation deck, a swimming pool and Holistic Retreat with outdoor Jacuzzi . The bird life in the area is prolific and a small remnant of highly endangered Renosterveld is situated on the doorstep.

Treatments which range from Reflexology to Reiki, amongst others, are undertaken amongst the Fynbos and in a safari-style tent. Various Holistic day tours, health-related and ‘green’ lectures are offered from the Retreat.
