It has breathtaking sea and mountain views. This magnificent house can accommodate 12 guests on two levels. Upper Level has wooden floors throughout. Main bedroom with private balcony. 2nd Bedroom with queen bed. 3rd Bedroom with two single beds. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Bedrooms includes fans, stunning mountain and sea views. Lower Level is decorated in Colonial Style Decor. Large kitchen, fully equipped – leading onto the open plan dining (8 seater wood table) and lunge area. Entertainment area is leading from lounge with magnificent views. Patio 8 seater furniture with Weber BBQ. The 4th Bedroom with two single beds. Attached thereto is a small TV room with double futon couch, more suitable for kids / young adults. Fourth bathroom and separate guest toilet. Outside and surrounding the house is a beautiful garden front and back, large pool and lower 2nd entertainment area. A separate 5th ‘Guest Suite’ with double bed and en-suite bathroom and own entrance. Ravensteyn Road Accommodation: Main & 2nd Bedroom is situated on the upper level. Both have a Queen size bed with private balcony and sea & mountain views. Wooden floors with fan. En-suite bathroom with shower & bath. 3rd Bedroom also on the upper level has a Double bed, that can be made into 2 singles. Beautiful sea & mountain views with wooden floors and fan. En-suite bathroom with shower only. 4th Bedroom is situated on the lower level with 2 Single beds. En-suite bathroom with shower. Attached, is a small TV room with double futon couch, TV & DVD player. Suitable for children. 5th Bedroom is outside the main house with a separate entrance. En-suite bedroom with Double bed.
