Paarl, close to Franschhoek and Stellenbosch, is surrounded by wine estates and Alba House, in a quiet, upmarket residential area, commands stunning views of the Paarl wine valley. Alba House is secure, with on site parking, a large mature garden full of colour and has a huge swimming pool for guests, with comfortable sun loungers and sun umbrellas. It is close to restaurants, caffes, shops and galeries. There are two international standard golf courses and a polo estate 5 minutes drive. Alba House Rooms: The light and airy rooms have private garden entrances for all rooms, openning onto their own private garden seating patio. En-suite bathroom facilities, ceiling fans and air conditioning, heaters in colder winter months. Fluffy gowns, slippers and toiletries provided, satelite TV, WiFi, safe, bar fridge, tea tray, hairdryer in the rooms. Alba House Restaurants & Bars: A full, South African or continental breakfast is served in either the dining room or the breakfast room. A choice of cereals, home made muesli, variety of fruit juices, fresh fruit, yogurts, cold meats and cheeses provided, as well as hot fare of traditional bacon and eggs (fresh from the farm)or a variety of omelettes. Fresh hot muffins baked daily. There are a number of restaurants in Paarl for dinners and lunches.
