Atlantic View Self Catering Guest House Accommodation:

• Suites 1 & 2 have 2 bedrooms; 1 double room with an extra length Queen bed & 1 twin room with extra length single beds

• Suites 3, 4, 5 & 6 all have 4 bedrooms each. All of these suites have 2 double rooms with extra length Queen beds & 2 twin rooms with extra length single beds.

The Suites have a fully furnished and equipped open plan lounge and kitchen. They have luxurious en-suite bathrooms and spacious outside patios with built in barbeque facilities. The Suites have a large flat screen TV with DVD and cable DSTV, they also have internet access, air conditioning, under floor heating. They have white linen and towels and beach towels and a lock up garage.

There is a fully licensed bar and and an inside barbeque area available to guests in an adjoining property - Sunset Point Penthouse and Suites. There is a delightful sheltered swimming pool and a garden with deck chairs for sun-tanning and a magnificent view. Next to the pool and garden area are barbeque facilities from where one can enjoy quiet sunsets around the pool with family and friends. The rooms have hairdryers and safes, ironing boards and irons. There is also an elevator to the suites.

Conditions :

Check in time is from 14h00 and Check out time is 10h00 sharp. Suites are serviced daily. A 50% non-refundable deposit is needed to confirm booking and balance on arrival. Full payment is needed for bookings of 2 days and less. No pets or children under the age of 12 are allowed. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
