Cape Verde is a country composing of 10 islands just off the West Coast of Africa; the franchise has been taken by Sean Coleman who, having graduated with a BSc (hons) degree in Business Management and Sport Science, started his career as a fitness Club Manager in London, however he always had a burning desire to see the world.

Travelling around Australia in 1999 was to be a life changing experience. Unfortunately England was crushed by the Australians in the Ashes cricket series but the whole adventure opened his mind up to many different opportunities and possibilities.

On a cold winters evening in 2005 the Cape Verde Islands, dubbed as the ‘New Caribbean,’ were shown on a TV travel program, and the potential of what was for many an undiscovered paradise seemed clear. Sean subsequently visited Cape Verde and instantly fell in love with the beautiful white sandy beaches, clear turquoise waters and the ‘no stress’ lifestyle. Six months later Sean made Cape Verde his permanent home.
