Luciano welcomes you to Café Cultural fantastically located in the heart of the main square in Santa Maria. Breakfast, Lunch and evening meal are served.

Start your day with a delicious continental style breakfast with fresh Croissant accompanied by fresh orange juice and a plate of fresh fruit, or if you prefer a more English style breakfast, you can also chose from sausage beans and eggs. Various types of coffee are served from Cappuccino, Expresso or maybe you prefer something a little stronger like a Café Grogue to kick start your day. The ambiance is relaxed with a refreshing breeze and chilled our Cape Verdean music

Lunch is a relaxing affair, so chose from the extensive menu, wherever you just want a snack or something more substantial, refreshing drinks such as fruit cocktail smoothies are served or maybe you want to try a Caipirinha, which is crushed ice mixed with sugar, lime and Cachaca.

In the evening the main square is the center of activity and a great place to watch Cape Verdean life, watch the children playing or listen to live music.

The evening menu provides cuisine for all the family and of course you must try the fish of the day, such as Tuna, Wahoo or Grouper, meat lovers are not forgotten and you can choose from African style chicken and tasty Spare Ribs amongst others. The adventurous among you should taste the national dish of Cape Verde, Cachupa Rica.

There is a wide choice of international wines to accompany your meal, including wine from the volcanic Island of Fogo, local beer Strela and of course Luciano’s own brand Grogue, which you must try.

Yummy deserts such as banana and pineapple flamb, chocolate mousse, and coconut pudding are a perfect ending to your meal.
