Chalet La Floria Accommodation:

Ground floor

Living / Dining - This is a spacious living / dining area which is open plan and has comfortable seating for up to 12 people in both rooms. There is an open fireplace in the centre of the room plus TV with DVD player and satellite, CD player and internet access. There are large windows all around the room so there is a very light airy feel.

Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped hob and oven, fridgefreezer and dishwasher.

There is a seperate WC on this floor.

First floor

Bedroom 1 - Large double bedroom with ensuite WC, bath with shower, washbasin and a balcony.

Bedroom 2 - Large double bedroom with ensuite WC, bath with shower, washbasin and a balcony.

Bedroom 3 - Large double bedroom with ensuite WC, bath with shower and washbasin.

First floor

Bedroom 4 - Large double bedroom.

Bedroom 5 - Large twin bedroom with ensuite WC, shower and washbasin.

Bedroom 6 - Large twin bedroom.

Seperate bathroom - WC, bath with shower and washbasin

Chalet La Floria Facilities:

On the ground floor there is a large open plan dining/reception area complete with wood burning fireplace, large plasma TV, satellite, hifi, internet access & separate WC. There is a good sized kitchen, fully fitted with 5 ring range cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The 1st floor incorporates 3 large en suite double bedrooms of which 2 have balconies. The top floor consists of a double bedroom,bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms one of which has an en suite shower, toilet and washbasin. The basement completes the house with a ski room,washing machine, tumble dryer and an additional fridge/freezer. There is also parking for up to 3 cars.

Chalet La Floria Location:

2km from the centre of Chamonix and 1/2km from the Flegere ski lift.

Bus Stop There is a bus stop on the main road outside the chalet grounds, Ski Pass - Ticket office at Flegere lift station, Ski Hire - There is an equipment hire shop next to the Flegere lift station, Supermarket - Super U in Chamonix (there is parking to the rear). There are also a couple of small shops in Les Praz
