You can't eat here just once!

I stopped in at the dome restaurant while on vacation in Uvita for breakfast on the first morning I was there. I had the breakfast burrito with sausage and was blown away by the quality of the food. I knew I had to return to try some of their other menu items. Well after about a half dozen visits during my stay I have to say it was the best food in costa rica. The owner Michael is exceptionlly friendly and welcoming. If you stop by Uvita on your travels make sure you take the time to stop in for a meal or three. I guarantee you'll be satisfied.

I spent a week in and around Uvita and The Dome Drive Thru was my favorite place to eat by far and I returned frequently. I tried the eggs Benedict for breakfast with spinach and homestyle hash browns which was hearty and delicious. I would definitely recommend the Mahi Mahi burger loaded with cheese, lettuce, tomato and bacon- it tastes amazing and is a nice change from your regular beef burger. The staff is friendly and very attentive to keeping your table clean throughout your meal. The owner never misses an opportunity to greet new comers which makes you feel welcome right away. You will not leave hungry or unsatisfied!
