The restaurant itself embraces a very laid back and inviting atmosphere. Servers are always ready to recommend a specialty or show you the freshest caught fish, lobster or crab! Every afternoon fresh caught fish is displayed on trays of ice for visitors to feast their eyes and choose their fish of choice for their lunch or dinner meals. From celebrity visitors hopping off their yachts for dinner, to locals who know where the best fish is served, one thing is guaranteed after you visit once we are sure you will be back again. The restaurant itself is situated directly on the waterfront promenade of Hvar. The in floor aquarium full of lobsters, crabs, and various whitefish definitely adds to the authentic seafood dining experience. Fish specialties include grilled fish, fish stew, seafood pasta and other fantastic combination. Fresh caught fish include dory whitefish, swordfish, sea bass, lobster, crab, shellfish, calamari and numerous others.

Best Restaurant in Croatia

We thoroughly enjoyed our fish dinner at Restaurant Gariful last summer. Best fish I have ever eaten! Our server was extremely charming too. We will certainly come again the next time we visit Hvar! 5 STARS!!!
