Columbia Beach Resort is situated in the wide sweeping arc of Pissouri bay with its sandy beaches, 'blue flag' rated azure waters, dazzlingly white cliffs and a seascape that stretches forever.

High on the hill behind nestles the little town of Pissouri, home to fishermen, vine growers and crafts people as well as many who commute to Limassol and Paphos. Suites
The Resort has been beautifully designed and built with 169 multi-purpose suites – all with a view either of the sea or the beautifully maintained gardens. Each suite has been thoughtfully furnished using the finest fabrics and luxurious soft furnishings to create the perfect place to relax during an unforgettable holiday. Restaurants
Enjoy a gourmet dinner, share a meze, or try the island's freshest seafood at one of the three restaurants and the pop up al fresco eatery Street Eats. Each restaurant offers a different atmosphere and dining experience, but you can guarantee the food will be exceptional.
 
Bacchus Restaurant
Eating well is a key element of any stay at the Columbia Beach Resort. The celebrated team of chefs uses the wealth of ingredients that grow abundantly in the Cyprus sunshine and source the best from around the world to produce heavenly cuisine. With its high ceilings and elegant furnishings, Bacchus Restaurant invites guests to indulge in a glamorous dinner, sampling the best of Contemporary European cuisine inspired dining the island has to offer, with a menu carefully created by the Resort’s Michelin Star-trained Executive Chef, who is unfailingly driven by passion, imagination, and sincerity in sharing his love of food with our guests. Bacchus is also the site at which guests are invited to enjoy their daily sumptuous breakfast, bursting with both sweet and savoury delights.
 
Apollo Tavern
Looking out over the gardens and turquoise sea, the Apollo Tavern offers a traditional Cypriot dining experience in a beautiful rustic setting. Open for both lunch and dinner, the creative chef serves up typical Eastern Mediterranean cuisine, including favourites like moussaka, souvlaki and kleftiko, alongside plenty of fish and seafood. For those who want to try everything, there is a delicious meze menu offering a vast array of small dishes that you can share between you.
 
Cape Aspro Restaurant
Aspro offers a more relaxed, al fresco dining option and a stunning location overlooking Pissouri Bay. During the day, you can swim up to the Cape Aspro Pool Bar and order a drink or cool off with an ice cream on the terrace. If you're staying on the east side of the resort then enjoy a delicious breakfast at Cape Aspro.
 
Street Eats
Elevating the excitement and eclecticism of street food to five-star standards, Columbia Beach Resort invites guests to Street Eats, on selected evenings throughout the year. By the deck of Poseidon Beach Bar, enjoy casual dining with family and friends under the stars, whilst watching Chef work his magic on the fire-pit centred BBQ, indulging on beloved international delights. Available for dinner only, Street Eat’s small plates and sharing platters, and cool and casual setting, will serve as an inspiring alternative to a fun evening out.
