There are 301 air-conditioned guestrooms, standard size is 45sqm, they are all are furnished in ultra-modern sleek furnishings, are fantastically clean with modern art work, huge beds with a pillow menu, desk with broadband access and television with premium satellite channels. Bathroom amenities include a deep soaking tub and walk-in rainfall shower. Rooms look over Sheikh Zayed Road or over Dubai and onto the Arabian Sea in the distance, because of its sheer height the views from the upper floors are spectacular.

Also available to guests and what seems to be an extremely popular option for business travellers are the Horizon Club Rooms located on the top two floors of the hotel that benefit from private check-in and check out from the Horizon Lounge, buffet breakfast, evening cocktails and hors d´oeuvres in the Club Lounge, suit pressing, a daily international newspaper and exclusive use of the Horizon Floor Health Club on the 42nd floor, which includes an infinity pool, sun deck and gymnasium.
