China most modern is expressed in beautifully prepared and presented dishes which simultaneously combine Western presentation with Chinese flavours – a style which is designed to constantly surprise.
The result is an exquisitely refreshing blend of East and West enjoyed whilst overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Only a few restaurants can claim a view of Burj Al Arab and from its large terrace, this is one of the best.
