The resort has 169 air-conditioned bedrooms and suites. The décor is modern, with rich reds and neutral tones. The double rooms are furnished at a standard or deluxe level. The suites face the sea or the river. All of the rooms and suites have private en-suite bathrooms. They are also equipped with kitchenettes that have microwaves, small fridges, and dishes and silverware. The rooms have colour televisions with selected satellite channels, and desks with modem access to the internet. Accommodations designed to be accessible for disabled guests are available.

The Riverside Hotel and Spa Restaurants & Bars:

There are two restaurants and a cocktail bar for hotel guests. The Riverside Café is one dining option. Hops is a pub located in the hotel complex, serving typical pub fare as well as lighter options. Mojo’s Poolside Cocktail Bar serves a number of snacks and drinks, and features live music on Friday afternoons. Room service is available.

The hotel’s reception desk is open 24 hours. There is a swimming pool. The spa offers health and beauty services in a relaxing setting. Guests can exchange currency at the hotel, and can access the internet from a computer in the lobby. Guests can rent board games at the front desk, and the hotel can arrange for babysitters. A conference centre opposite the hotel can accommodate up to 250 participants at meetings; audio-visual equipment and catering is available. Wedding packages are available. Secure parking and a shuttle bus are available for additional fees. The hotel has 24-hour security.
