	Beach Hotel Overview The Beach Hotel is a modern three-star property located near popular tourist attractions, such as the uShaka Marine World and the Suncoast Casino, as well as the International Conference Centre. The hotel is across the street from the beach. Renovations were scheduled for 2008/2009; please check with the hotel for the latest status. The hotel is part of the Gooderson Leisure group. Beach Hotel Rooms: The hotel has 112 air-conditioned guestrooms; some of the rooms have panoramic views of the beach and the promenade. The rooms are described as standard or superior. The hotel has double, twin, triple, and quad rooms, as well as rooms that sleep five and six guests. There are also suites. The guestrooms and suites have private bathrooms, equipped with showers. The rooms have colour satellite televisions and telephones. Guests can make their own morning tea or coffee. The superior rooms have larger televisions, safes, hairdryers, and small fridges. Children between the ages of five and fourteen stay for free in an adult’s room, with a small additional charge for breakfast. Group rates are available. Beach Hotel Restaurants & Bars: Breakfast and/or dinner can be included in the room rate if you choose. Pier 107 has an a la carte menu. El Cordoba is a buffet restaurant. Harpoon Harry’s Cocktail Bar offers a relaxing place to have a drink. Limited room service is available. Beach Hotel Facilities: The hotel’s two conference rooms can accommodate up to 120 delegates for business meetings or social events. The hotel has covered parking for guests.
