Short and long stay parking is available at the airport directly in front of the terminal – so not far to walk!

Car hire is readily available at Port Elizabeth Airport and there are quite a few desks located opposite the airport terminal building. All major car hire companies have a desk at PE airport and you can rent a car very easily. We would recommend booking your car hire in advance though to get the best prices.

Public Transport

Public transport at Port Elizabeth airport is limited. Shuttle bus services are available but only by pre-arrangement and they have to be booked in advance at the desk in the Arrivals Hall.

Taxis

Metered taxis can be found outside the departures hall of Port Elizabeth airport. They can be quite expensive though.

Facilities

You will find an ATM at Port Elizabeth Airport just between Departures and Arrivals as well as a Bureau de Change and post box. There are also pay phones, a few shops selling souvenirs and sweets and one restaurant serving a range of dishes.
