A good pizza needs to have basic requirements, first of all the genuineness of ingredients and a crispy dough. Tomato, olive oil and mozzarella cheese needs to be fresh and of best quality, a spring of oregano and 2 leaves of basil!

You do not need to be born in Naples to make good pizza, but anyhow you need at least to put your heart in it! We selected our favorite pizza houses in Florence, which are never enough!
