Florence is a city of the world, people come from all over the places to live here, but for some reasons, we do not have a large variety of Ethnic Restaurants. Florentines are quite attached to their steaks! 

Anyhow, there are bits of ethnic cuisine everywhere in town. For late night bites, kebab joints can be found around town at almost every corner. There are also machines selling you hot lasagna or other kind of pasta, but just in the case you are really starving and it's 3:00 am in the morning..
