Palacio de Sober Restaurants & Bars: Restaurante Dona Branca has been created in a very special part of the Palacio de Sober.The Chef Marco Varela focus is on galician cuisine served in contemporay style. A Superb Hotel

I stayed here last weekend and really enjoyed it. Although its quite remote and a real journey to get to it,its worth it to get away from it all.This is a superb hotel, a place to relax in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The room was large,comfortable with great views. The hotel is full of works of art and full of historical features. The gardens and views are amazing. The staff are all really friendly too.
