April 2010 Mondariz Baths
James Hobby from London
I visited the baths for a few hours and loved every minute. There is a range of small pools both outdoor heated and indoor ,different treated and scented waters and saunas and array of facilities in the main pool area. This ensures a varied and interesting, relaxing experience. The water bank feature which operates every 30 minutes or so is great for the back and neck as a bank of water arrives from a great height into a heated pool. The baths are large enough to get the feeling that its never too busy which is great unlike many other facilities which can get crowded. The changing rooms and showers are also very clean and tidy. Superb location too for such a spa with a historic setting and nice countryside.
