In addition, a range of galician pasties are made including with octopus, baby scallops,cod,tuna,squid,mussels,meat,spiced pork and chicken.There are also vegetable pasties,ham and cheese pasties and pizzas with a tradional base or using maize. Yajoma Panaderia Artesana bake an incredible variety of cakes including lots of different sponges and traditional galician desserts such as leche frita and canitas with pastry full of custard cream.
