Outeniqua Railway Museum

Visited today with my two boys. Very helpful and friendly staff and an amazing array of old steam trains and carriages on display. Plenty of memorabilia and some splendid mementoes from the dining car of the Blue Train. Also not to be missed is the fantastic working model railway. We arrived just as a small train was leaving for a two hour round trip to the Outeniqua mountains. This is definitely on the cards for the next visit.
