Bamboo, the Guest House’s Knysna accommodation comprises 14 elegant en suite rooms or suites each with their own unique character. The rooms at Bamboo, the Guest House are dotted around the beautiful, peaceful gardens and are accessed via raised wooden walkways.

A variety of accommodation options are available at Bamboo, the Guest House, including courtyard, poolside, garden or loft rooms and suites, providing twin, double or family accommodation. All rooms have a private entrance and their own terrace or decked area. Families with kids of all ages are catered for in larger family rooms or suites. Newlyweds may choose either the spacious loft honeymoon suite or the private garden honeymoon room, both have full bathrooms and are lavishly decorated.

The highly comfortable beds are covered in 100% percale cotton linen and all rooms contain a flat screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, original local art, hairdryer and fridge.

• Poolside Family Suite – Two inter-leading en-suite bedrooms, fireplace, deck, next to the swimming pool
• 2 Garden Family Rooms – Large garden rooms with annex or space for up to two children, terrace area

• Honeymoon Garden Room – Large bedroom including sitting area, full bathroom, deck area
• Honeymoon Loft Suite - Large apartment style suite including sitting room, huge bedroom, roll top bath, separate shower room, large open fire, deck area
• 2 Courtyard Rooms – Double/twin room with courtyard garden area
• 2 Garden Rooms - With private terraces/decks
• Poolside Garden Room – Garden room with private pool option, fireplace
• Forest Cabin – Private rustic style cabin in the forest, fireplace, deck area

Bamboo, the Guest House, Knysna offers a wide range of facilities to make your Garden Route stay a pleasurable one. Room facilities include - a bar fridge to stock as you please, en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan, wall heater, flat screen TV, hairdryer, mini safe, tea and coffee making facilities and radio/alarm/ipod dock. Other facilities available on-site at Bamboo, the Guest House include a babysitting service, a curio shop, bicycle and kayak hire, fax and internet facilities, lounge area with satellite TV, two salt water swimming pools and a booking service for restaurants and excursions/activities.

A hearty and delicious breakfast is served every day on the raised deck looking out over lush green Knysna forest. Guests can choose from a cold buffet with a tasty range of homemade muffins and muesli, yoghurt and fresh fruit, or order hot dishes from the menu, including eggs Benedict, full English breakfast and pancakes - the choice is splendid. Light lunches are also available on request.
