SaFoWi comes from the phrase of 'Santorini Food & Wine' Connection.

Phenix Gilbert (the owner) fell in love with the island 20 years ago, and shares her passion and experience on wines, food and local specialties will Santorini's visitors.

With a long experience and her certification as a 'California Wine Appellation Specialist', she is always happy to offer semi - or private - wine tours, visiting 3 very different wineries, tasting their award winning wines together with local 'mezedes', & some of the island's famous vineyards in Santorini.

SaFoWi will turn into a unique hands-on adventure into Santorini's culinary life!
