The Beach House OverviewI especially love it here as it is the perfect way to end a day at the beach with an ice cold beer and a wide choice of dishes to choose from. Or indeed to lunch at whilst spending the day by the sea either on site or availing of the take away option if you would rather dine on the beach.
The menu is very varied catering for many tastes and preferences. The staff are extremely welcoming and it is a popular choice for families.
There is ample parking next to the restaurant and the view is pretty special overlooking Pembroke Bay.
Their crab sandwiches are delicious and deliciously fresh.

Friend who had a baby recently very kindly treated me and her Mum who is over from Ireland, to lunch today and asked me to suggest somewhere, so what better place to show off the Island at its best than here at The Beach House. 2 of us had the cajun chicken, cheese and bacon sandwich which was really gorgeous and very fresh. My friend had the lobster sandwich which she too raved about - as usual top top quality. The service is excellent here and had my favourite table reserved too for me so a big thank you to all at The Beach House - some lovely new tables and chairs were being assembled outside too which will look fab for the summer! Will be back again very soon :-)

Whether it be walking our dog on the beach followed by a lovely glass of wine or coffee afterwards to warm us up on a cold winters day or a lovely summers day on the beach followed by a lovely tea with kids before we cycle home this restaurant is great for any occasion. Have eaten here lots of times now and have always had a lovely meal. It is the perfect place to take children with the beach on it's doorstep. The food is delicious with an extensive menu and the staff are so helpful and great with children.

Chips as good as McDonalds, fish out of this world. Batter light and delicate, mushy peas, yum and tartare sauce really nice. Just to add I never eat tartare sauce and my taste is for oily fish but I will definitely have this again. Compliments to the chef.

I come here all the time with my Mummy and today I came with my friends and my Mummy's friends and our lunch lasted a whole 3 hours!! I had the sliders burgers which I love as you get three burgers all with different toppings and a bucket of chips - delicious - I also saw a rainbow with my friends and had my photo taken which looks really cool with the rainbow in the background! I love the donkey too which stands outside and is ever so well behaved and obedient!! I will definitely continue to come here again and again - thank you Beach House :-)

Really lovely food and a great lunch with my friends and we saw a rainbow which was awesome!! Really great service and the staff were really nice and friendly. I love being able to have a run on the beach with my friends before having a yummy ice cream for pudding - I love coming to The Beach House :-)

Having always been a family favourite with such a great location for playing on the beach pre and post lunch , it is such a treat that the food at the beach house matches it's position.Children enjoyed the Crispy Fried Calamari ,followed by the Sausages and Apple mash and loved the sharing of the Beach House Glory. I opted for the Chicken Liver Parfait with some beautiful brioche and chutney which caused some amusing MMMs ..loved it ! Followed by fantstic beer battered cod with mushy peas and chips to match the sea setting. Apple and Cinnamon Crumble was equally delicious and there followed a much needed stroll on the beach to complete a perfect lunch time. Keep it going Beach House we'll be back again soon

I had a selection of 3 mini burgers accompanied by a generously filled portion of fries served in a very cute silver bucket. My wife had the lobster sandwich which was loaded with fresh seafood, a very generous proportion indeed. The dishes were very well presented and very reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived and helped us locate a highchair for our son. They were very attentive making sure all 3 of us were well looked after. We both shared the most delicious ice cream with crushed meringues and strawberries for pudding . A really great place and with the most incredible view over Pembroke Bay - we will definitely be going back on our next visit to Guernsey.

August 2011 The Beach House is without a doubt the best location to eat al fresco on the island of Guernsey.

Looking out over the long windswept beach, you will find plenty of tables, served by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The menu is simple and fresh and makes the most of the locally caught seafood. The kiddies are well catered for and the crab salad is exceptional! A sandcastle on the beach afterwards makes it the perfect afternoon out.
