
	Kona Village Resort Overview The Kona Village resort is a completely tranquil and peaceful resort located on the Big Island of Hawaii. The hotel is situated in tropical gardens with serene lagoons, adding to the overall serenity of this unique resort. At the Kona Village all guest accommodation is in spacious thatched bungalows that are void of televisions, radios and even telephones to ensure a peaceful ambience is maintained. Kona Village is located just outside Kona town where guests can enjoy shopping, restaurants, or many of the islands activities. Kona Village Resort Rooms: The Kona Village has 125 thatched Hales or bungalows spread over 82 acres. There are three types of Hale locations and hales all are individually furnished. All Hales feature ceiling fans, hair dryer, in room safe, iron and ironing board, internet access, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and their own bathroom with bathrobe, slippers, designer toiletries and other bathroom amenities. None of the Hales feature telephones, televisions or radios. Kona Village Resort Restaurants & Bars: The Kona Village has two restaurants. The main restaurant serves a range of island cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A more formal restaurant is located on the beach serving a menu of seafood cuisine. The hotel also has a snack bar for light meals and refreshments during the day and the Shipwreck bar serving tropical cocktails and other beverages. Kona Village Resort Facilities: The Kona Village offers exceptional service to all of its guests, which includes; 24 hour front desk, multi lingual staff, concierge service, laundry facilities, currency exchange facilities and car parking facilities. The recreational facilities that are offered include; two outdoor swimming pools, spa tub, health club, massage treatments, facial treatments and a private beach. In addition to these the resort also offers business services, wedding service, babysitting service and a children’s club.
