Jumbo Kingdom

A floating restaurant just a 15 minute taxi ride from Ocean Park with its own free shuttles, there’s a reason this place has been around for over 30 years. To get there, simply take the bus to Aberdeen, and then hop on one of Jumbo Kingdom's own free shuttles, which depart regularly from the Aberdeen Promenade (Shum Wan Pier Drive.) The atmosphere is rowdy, with many tourists from all over the world, including China.

An internationally renowned tourist attraction, Jumbo Kingdom specializes in, not surprisingly, fresh seafood in Guangdong style, such as Shark's Fin and Lobster Soup with Cognac, "East Star" Garoupa fish, and Flamed Drunken Shrimp. Other non-seafood options include roasted goose and Peking duck. They also offer dim sun for lunch.

Local tip: Reservations highly recommended – this place is always packed.

Upstairs, but still on the same boat, is the upscale sister restaurant geared more towards Westerners, appropriately named Top Deck at The Jumbo.
