If you need a bit of stress relief before the season really kicks in and leaves you with no free time whatsoever, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Join the Yogashala team at the Garden of Joy for Yoga classes. Everyone is welcome, from complete beginners to advanced yoga practitioners and even pregnant mums with babies up to 6 months old are invited too! Classes are from Monday the 7th of May to Wednesday the 16th of May, from 16:00 - 17:30 AND THE CLASSES ARE FREE!!!

There will be no class on Saturday the 12th of May.
